**I do not accept insurance. I do take HSA/FSA cards if your provider includes Acupuncture. Please be aware that some HSA do not work. You are required to have a valid credit card on file to book an appointment.
24 hour notice cancellation policy: you will be charged $65 for late cancels for any reason. No call/No show appointments will be charged in full.

Comprehensive health history intake, custom treatment plan, bodywork as needed

Treatment plan continued and adapted to results or further needs. Bodywork modalities as appropriate. Herbal consultations for current acupuncture patients will take place during the intake process. Patient pays for cost of herbs.

Typical Acupuncture session + 30-45 minutes of energetic massage following

Combination of energy work techniques to soothe the body, mind and soul, release trauma and diminish physical pain. Physical touch and light bodywork is performed the entire time. This is done over clothes, not a traditional massage. Any intuitive input received will be shared and/or discussed.

You can select an Acupuncture treatment for grief, fear/overthinking, anger or anxiety/heart soother/support.
You do not need to be a treatment plan patient to utilize this service.

Non-needle treatment. I developed a type of energy work to calm down the nervous system and totally relax the body. This requires physical touch of the shoulders and head mostly.
